What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bitcoin, RazorPay, PayU Money, Indian UPI, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes! You can change your payment method while paying the invoice or in the profile page. If you need any assistance, kindly open support ticket. We will help you.

What is provisioning time for dedicated server?

The provisioning time for the dedicated server is 2 to 48 hours.

What is provisioning time for VPS?

VPS will provision instantly and, it gets delivered to your email id.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do offer refunds. However, we reserve the final decision on all refunds, based on the situation and reason for the cancellation. The rule of thumb is that any delays that prevent you from using your server within the normal delivery time will be credited, or the payment renewal date will be adjusted. Only reported issues on which we have exhausted all attempts at resolution will be refunded in full. It is important to note that refund requests based on information that were included in the terms of service or clearly available on our website will always be refused.

How are dedicated servers billed?

Servers are delivered and renewed on a monthly basis by default. If you want to bill annually, kindly open a support ticket for annual payment discount.

Can you merge my invoices?

Yes, we can merge invoices. Please contact our support team for this matter.

Are promo codes recurring?

Yes, unless specified otherwise. The same applies for clearance deals or limited time rebates.

Are your services managed or unmanaged?

All servers are unmanaged. We do not do any custom installations, or bug-fixing, but our support team will gladly advise you and make recommendations on any issue encountered in your installations. All network and hardware related issues, as well as billing, disputes, cancellation and reboot requests will however be handled promptly by our staff.

Do you offer additional IPs?

You may order additional IPs during the order process, however, this option only exists in certain locations. If the option is not present, simply make a request through our support system and our staff will assist you promptly.

What type of virtualization do you use?

We utilize KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) on 100% of our infrastructure.

How to update rDNS?

To setup a rDNS, kindly open a support ticket with the rDNS details

Do you accept adult content?

We accept adult content as long as it remains legal. However, you should be aware of your server’s location’s laws if you plan on doing anything that can be considered as ‘gray-area’ hosting.

What is your policy concerning DMCA?

An email will be sent as a warning regarding problematic contents. This email will also include the appropriate steps to resolve the issue. If a server or customer is receiving too many DMCA abuses we reserve the right to suspend and / or terminate the affected service(s) without any notice.

What is HostnExtra's role with respect to GDRP?

HostnExtra acts as both a data controller and a data processor. HostnExtra acts as a data controller for customer information that we collect to process payments and provide customer support. When a customer uses our services to process personal data, HostnExtra acts as a data processor.

Will you access my data?

We never access our client’s data without their consent.
